Best Western Plus Indianapolis NW Hotel

I am really surprised at how satisfied I am with my stay at this hotel. I had to go to Indy for work and this hotel was only 6 minutes from the facility so I chose to stay here. The customer service from the evening desk clerk was excellent! He made me seal the deal on staying here for future trips from now on. When we walked in the hotel from work last night he came from behind the counter to make sure we were ok and see if we needed help with anything. The Price was cheap, with buffet breakfast and a coffee bar, newly remodeled and great customer service.

The lady at the front desk during the day was not rude, but just not pleasant. The hot breakfast was terrible. The rooms were clean and the room attendants were very nice as was the rest of the front desk staff. Seems like it might be a place for longer term guests which seemed odd at this price point. We had issues with noise outside late at night with cars and people talking. We were on the first floor facing the front. So get a room upstairs and facing the back. The room doors need soft closers installed. Most important, the hot water was non-existent most of the day. You could only get hot water late at night. The front desk seemed surprised by this but I cannot believe this was not a daily issue for all guests. We had our dog with us and that went well which is why we picked this plac

Positive: The gentleman at the front desk Sat night when we checked in was amazing! The hotel room was decent. Free breakfast is included and they have a great selection to choose from. Negative: Shampoo conditioner are tiny sample bottles. Wifi went down a day during stay. Cleaning crew ignored out do not disturb sign and tried to come in 9a when we didn't check out till 11a.

Stayed here in town for a dog show for the first time. It will definitely be our last! We paid the pet fees for the room and upon checkout they said everything was fine. Then about 5 hours later they claimed my dogs peed on the carpet which is impossible because they are kept in crates. They charger us another $195 to our card for a “cleaning fee” without our knowledge. We will absolutely never be back!! The first couple days the elevator was out and they stuck us on the fourth floor. Awful. It was also loud, dirty, and absolutely no room service. Book at your own risk!!!

As a traveler, we always have expectations. First, we want the best at a low cost. I was pleasantly surprised... Perfect location right off 465 on the Northwest side. I love the smell the Greet you when you walk in and the rooms were really nice and worth what I paid. I love that the doors are locked at a certain time which eliminates people from just wandering in. My guest service agent was really nice the young lady that worked the night shift. Thank you so much she was great😘
