Best Western Plus Hotel & Conference Center

An unexpected stop on our way from Boston to South Carolina. The traffic was just crazy on a Monday holiday. This hotel had dog-friendly rooms and was right off the highway, making it our pick. Lately, BW spots have not been up to the standards they were in the past, but this one surpassed our expectations. The staff were very friendly, and the dinner and breakfast at the restaurant were very good. The breakfast was included in the room rate, which I thought was reasonable for the area. I do wish there were more control over people at buffets, reaching hands into containers when tongs are provided, but that is the way it seems to go these days. The room was very clean, and I liked the little shampoo containers; many places have switched to the new big pumps on the shower wall. The parking

I’m a patient at Johns Hopkins Hospital. My husband and I travel from out of state biweekly for treatment. We love the Best Western Plus hotel in Baltimore. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Mohammed is the sweetest front desk person and always remembers my name. All of the front desk staff members are kind, helpful and friendly. We enjoy eating in the hotel’s restaurant downstairs. The food is good and it’s nice to unpack, relax and go downstairs to eat. They also have a very nice continental breakfast every morning. We appreciate the Best Western Plus hotel, it feels like staying with family.

Honestly, it was a great place to host an event. I worked with Chelsea throughout the process, she is truly the best!!!!. For anyone looking for catering from this hotel, Chef Howayda is incredibly talented!!!!. The food was absolutely delicious for the entire event. I also know they offer off-site catering, and I highly recommend them. The whole team is down-to-earth and very easy to work with, especially Chelsea❤️❤️❤️👍🏻 If you’re planning an event there, always ask to speak with her, you won’t regret it.👍🏻

My daughter was inpatient at Johns Hopkins for approximately 2 weeks during October 2025 and I needed a place to stay. The Best Western Plus in Baltimore checked all of the boxes. Overall, the hotel was great. Their rooms were clean and well kept and their service was exceptional, with special thanks to Mo, Shawn, Raveena, and all of the shuttle drivers. Their amenities, to include free parking, complimentary hot breakfast, laundry room, and complimentary shuttle service to and from the hospital were all so appreciated. During my stay, I felt safe and secure. I am very familiar with a competing hotel chain, Ha***** n, and this BW Plus meets/exceeds the best of the ones that I’ve stayed in. I will not hesitate staying at this BW Plus in the future and I highly recommend it.
