Best Western Plus Fredericksburg

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Rocking chairs on the porch are really nice for relaxing. Wi-Fi suited our needs. There was a decent selection of breakfast items and it was kept well stocked. The location is convenient to everything Fredericksburg has to offer. All the employees were very friendly and helpful. We travel with our small dog and there was adequate area to walk her. We stayed here once before in the past and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very nice and clean hotel! The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room had non-carpet floors, which was a big plus! Breakfast was delicious, and there’s a nice outdoor patio space you can eat at too. Close to downtown Fredricksburg. Free coffee and juice anytime.

Great location near downtown Fredericksburg but a little away from the crowds and noise. Ample free parking. The room was clean and quiet. Sherry at the front desk was very helpful and welcoming. She went out of her way to get me some paper plates when I ordered takeout and didn't have a way to eat it. I'd stay here again for sure!

Positive: the 2 ladies that worked there Negative: Dirty. M&M package behind the dresser. None of the lights where plugged in. Toilet bubbled the whole time. Room did NOT match the pictures on the internet. Totally overpriced.

The driving factor of this review was the amount of stains on the fitted sheets and the service received on the day of check out. Positives: comes with shampoo and conditioner, black makeup washcloths, lotion. The conditioner still left your hair very dry. The front desk staff was kind and helpful. The day of checkout, checkout is at 12. We get a call at 945. We aren’t expecting a call and ignore it. 950, cleaning staff are pounding on our door. I answer and the man tells me checkout. I ask is it at 10AM? The paperwork shows 12PM. Why is he here two hours early? I get if you want to proactively get your work done, however, this is unacceptable. Pressuring guests out of their room is not hospitable. We checked with the front desk and they apologized but ultimately, the whole stay has been
