Best Western Plus Edinburg Inn & Suites

"I recently had to cancel a reservation at the Best Western hotel in Edinburgh, TX, and was helped by Daisy. Her customer service was OUTSTANDING! She was compassionate and understanding when I explained my situation, offered discounts for future stays, and even signed me up for rewards. I appreciated her kindness, and she brightened my day. When I thanked her for her excellent service, she humbly shared she was had a tough day. Despite that, Daisy treated me like royalty. Keep shining, Daisy! 😊" We have stayed here before this place so clean!!

Everything was very clean and tidy. Nothing more was needed. However, the best part was breakfast in the morning. The lady making breakfast tacos to order was wonderful, despite a busy morning. She made the tacos with fresh, warm tortillas. We had bacon and egg, but my girlfriend added beans. She made little waffles for kids, was friendly and stayed very busy. We both tipped her, and she earned every penny!

Positive: The coffee, I didn't eat their food. Negative: Yes, it's not a hotel. It is a motel layout, two story with no elevator. There are other things but too long to list.

Service was amazing ! The staff is great! Location is on a very busy street especially if your stay is during the week with people going to work and school, plan when to leave accordingly or just look at alt routes. Breakfast was delicious. My only complaint would be the smell in the room upon arrival. It was a little dusty smell if that makes sense. Also you are given 4 small pillows each bed and the beds are barely comfortable. Very stiff so if you like that that's great. Wifi was not the best either and barely to no hot water. Warm at best when showering.

I lived in Edinburg 15 years, and always drove by this location. Never thought about it. Then I moved and had to return to pick up my truck, and finally stayed here, and it was very peaceful, clean, and welcoming. The Valley is a joke to some of the people that are from it. However, I really love it. I enjoyed every second of it. I shall return in the future. Until then ✌🏿
