Best Western Plus Cairn Croft Hotel

Positive: The restaurant provided great breakfast. It was good. Negative: The room was not so clean. I prefer no carpets in an hotel room because it carries dirt and the carpet was dirty. The smell in the room smell like cigarettes and I didn't like that. The towels smelled like cigarettes as well.

We have stayed at the Best Western Cairn Croft several times over the years as a little winter getaway with our kids, and it never disappoints. The indoor pool area is lovely, and having the Irish pub attached—with great food and entertainment—is such a bonus. We’ve always found it to be a great, reasonably priced option for families.||This year, we decided to book a family suite instead of a standard room, as the price difference was minimal—and wow, what a pleasant surprise! The suite was beautifully decorated for the holidays, complete with a full-size Christmas tree and charming, elegant festive décor throughout. This is our second time staying here, and we can’t wait to come back! This hotel is the perfect place for a family getaway. The pool and hot tubs are great and there are many lounge chairs around the pool. There’s a huge play structure as well. The courtyard is perfect for meals or just hanging out; there are plenty of tables and seats to choose from. This makes it a completely different experience compared to other hotels, where you’re either just hanging out in your room or the lobby! There is also an arcade and restaurant, all in the same area. Room was clean! Service was amazing. Each time I called, the ladies at the front desk were extremely kind and helpful. They were even sweeter in person. We had an excellent experience here. We've gone to many hotels in the surrounding area but this one takes the cake. Fantastic food and fun activities. Very clean and an incredible value overall. Emilie at the front desk was very friendly and knowledgeable. She was part of what made our experience so special. I highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely fantastic staff. Food is excellent. Love the atmosphere. Great little getaway for an overnight vacation with the kiddos. Pool, arcade, playplace, wonderful Irish pub. Everything you need.
