Best Western Plus Bradenton Hotel & Suites

Dee works for the Best Western on 67th Street Bradenton Florida. She takes care of the breakfast service. She is wonderful!! My husband loves biscuits and gravy and was pleased to see it on the breakfast buffet. Dee thought the gravy wasn't warm enough so she warmed up the gravy for him! Her great work ethic, and friendly manner, started our day with happy vibes. In this crazy world full of rude angry people, It is comforting the people like Dee still exist. She is an asset to this Best Western Hotel I have to add that the service desk is also friendly and helpful. This Best Western is older yet the rooms are spotless. We would definitely stay here again!

This BW was the only hotel in the area; looked the safest. The room was nice, but the Days IN across was riddled with drive up handoffs, many occurring (and other handy’s) under the trees between the properties. My biggest issue was being charged additional nights. After a month of phone calls; many messages.The manager finally spoke to me. Nice lady, but after a month; I nearly forgot and I wonder if that was their plan. The Sonny’s barb was disgustingly food and service was deplorable. 4 of my credit cards were hacked during my 2 day ordeal. All 4 cards were slammed HARD and shut down by USAA, navy fed, BOA and chase. I was lucky I had a couple left, otherwise, I’d been stuck. Being the ONLY large legit parking lot hotel, EVERY non hotels guests parked their large vehicles in BWs lot.

At check in 2 other guests came and told the desk clerk one said had no hot water heater was 2nd floor. They gave a new room, then another came in a short time and said he ran out of hot water while showering. He was on 3rd floor. It had been a long day my wife didn't want to leave so we risked it my wife had a warm shower at night, I waited till morning at 6am cold water only still at 7. Went to the desk she put my room on the list of problems. SHOULD HAVE OVER RULED THE WIFE AND NOT STAYED.

I had a great stay here! The front desk staff were incredibly nice and helpful from the moment I arrived. They even let me check in super early, which I really appreciated after a long morning of traveling. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Overall, the service and hospitality were outstanding, I’ll definitely be staying here again!
