Best Western Plus Airport Inn & Suites

The room is clean and the staff is friendly, although the night clerk was so soft spoken that I couldn't hear a word she said when I was requesting a ride from the airport. The shuttle and driver were excellent. The sink in my room was plugged, obvious to anyone who has to wait the mandatory 5 minutes for hot water to arrive at the faucet. It was late when I arrived and I already unpacked, so didn't want to switch rooms, but it was annoying to have to brush my teeth in the bathtub. I can't help but think that the housekeeping staff has notified maintenance about this numerous times. The breakfast is adequate and is the standard eggs, potatoes and links, plus fruit, breads, cereals, etc that you find at most hotel breakfasts. Stayed here one night as I had to fly in early to dodge a winter storm. Airport shuttle service was great as were the front desk staff. Room was clean and recently updated. Problem was… no working internet. (Pictures attached of errors I kept getting) Had some projects for work to do that I couldn’t get done. Housekeeping barged into my room at 8:45 am in the morning without knocking!!!! They went into the bathroom for a second and then left. Checkout deadline is not until 11am so I was startled. Continental breakfast was good, everything was stocked and working. Scrambled eggs were better than most hotel continental breakfasts imo.

One of the worst experiences in years of travel. This hotel apparently has some rooms with WiFi and some without it. But the front desk says they don’t know which ones have it and which ones don’t. So if you need to do business, good luck.|Oh, and the electronic door keys are broken so the front desk girl had to lead us up to the 3rd floor and let us in. |I’ve had better hotels in Tiajuana.

The pool was gross and water tasted gross and water is dirty. The tv remote still wouldn’t work right even after they replaced it. The French toast tasted weird and the slimmy canned cheese in the eggs was gross. Was looking forward to a better stay at best western.
