Best Western Ocala Park Centre I-75

The loudest hotel I've ever stayed at and I've stayed in hotels in the heart of NYC. There might as well not be glass on the window cause the noise level was so loud. Been to hotels on exit ramps and near highways before but they insulate better and the noise isn't so loud. Couldn't even hear the TV in our room over the noise coming from outside. Plus the front desk staff in the evening and the morning are not very outgoing. The evening gentlemen insisted they had no reservation for me and then when he found it it he blamed the system for listing it on the top of the screen where he didn't look.

Great stay Dennis at front desk was awesome! Friendly, polite,|Quickest check in i have ever had and so funny and rooms were clean, quiet, felt safe,facilities were clean, breakfast was great, good selection and really clean |Im a clean freak and felt at ease and looked at everything and very well cleaned and not one bug. Parking lot safe and secure for us and our vehicle |We will stay here again and again

We had no choice but to stay in this hotel due to a sporting tournaments “stay and play” policy. Paying $178 a night for a room that is normally $70 a night. The only positive thing about staying here is the location. We saw bugs (roaches) every day of our 3 night stay, we killed about 6. We could also hear our neighboring rooms complaining about the bugs. Each night coming back from the tournament there would be no parking. The rooms were not cleanly, carpet sticky, furniture was not wiped down, and a stale smell. Most of the employees were kind and helpful. If I were paying the actual rate and not the inflated rate, it might be an easier pill to swallow HAVING to stay… Would never stay here again.

Very friendly greeting upon arrival. Room is very clean and has a refrigerator and microwave. There is no coffeemaker but a machine is available in the lobby. Hot tub and pool were both very clean. Fire pit is gorgeous and you can just turn it on and off with a timer. Complimentary breakfast included great variety of warm food, including delicious biscuits and gravy 👍

Positive: Clean room and hotel. All staff work as a team. Front desk staff exceptional (new staff), housekeeping staff very helpful and friendly. As always, (Manager) is awesome.. Breakfast buffet is good and expanding.. Negative: NA
