Best Western Inn & Suites

Hotel was outdated on outside, updated on inside; good stay just not what I was expecting esthetically.

Mold and mildew in room was awful. Th needed asthma inhaler in the m8ddle of the night. I felt nauseous. Almost left, but we were exhausted so fell asleep. Couldn't wait to get out of there. It's too bad, everything else was ok. No insects, water hot enough.

A good basic place to stay. The 20+ year motel has been updated. It is a handy lo ation on I35, but traffic sounds might bother you, not too bad. A very nice breakfast was available.

The receptionist was very nice. She went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed to have a great stay. The room was nice and clean. The only issue was that the tub is very slippery Breakfast was good and coffee was great! I will always try to find a Best Western hotel to stay I when am traveling.

The room smelled of mildew. There were many dead bugs in the corners, indicated that the room had not been swept well. The bathroom had a slick (slimy) feel. The staff vaguely point down the hall (inside) in the direction of our room, so we parked near the lobby. Turned out that our room was outside at the far end of the building. Staff was not helpful.
