Customer Reviews
Stayed for one night to get out of the semi truck. Nice room. Soaking tub was small for a couple compared to other best westerns I’ve been to. Walls are thin so you can hear everything. Continental breakfast is always a plus. Not my favorite BW but still a decent stay.
A newer hotel property, the room was very nice, great comfy bed, loved the pillows, and we really liked the ability to use their guest laundry room. The staff were extremely polite and greeted us warmly. It's a relatively quiet area even though the I-5 is down the street. We were really tired from long travels, so the super clean accommodations were extremely welcomed. We were on bottom floor and didn't hear anyone above us. Great place to stay. Pool was lovely, along with the entire complex.
Edited: I spoke with the manager Mr. Patel. After speaking with him I have updated my review from a 1 star to a 3 star. Mr. Patel was out of town when this issue arose, he contacted me as soon as he arrived back. We discussed the issue and he will be having the entire staff go through the Best Western ADA-Service Dog education. I believe Mr. Patel will over see the education process for his staff and ensure that this does not happen again. Original: I travel with a service dog. It is stated in my Best Western membership account. The front desk lady was extremely rude to me about my service dog, and told me I had to take the 2nd floor pet room. I informed her that legally they can not do that according to the ADA. She argued that yes they can due to other visitors later may have a dog all
Was able to get good sleep. Room was very clean and maintained. Was worried about noise being close to highway, but was very surprised as I did not notice the highway. With the challenges of being between a truck stop and highway very glad of noise seen a lot worse. The grounds are clean as well. With good parking.
Worst hotel since a Motel 6 stay 20+ years ago. Very noisy next to highway. Very bare bones motel vibe room. Horrendous only-cold breakfast options. We didn’t eat anything. No gluten free options except a stale packaged chocolate muffin. Literally nothing else you can eat & anyone telling you otherwise is a paid shill.
