Best Western Garden Villa Inn

It was close to food and shopping. The parking was safe for our vehicles. We felt safe as well which is important when traveling. The breakfast had coffee,tea,eggs, big sausage,different cereals waffles and lots of creamer and zero sugar as well. The staff was amazing and kind and professional. The blankets looked washed after every use and the comforter as well. Down side was the TV streaming but we knew that before we booked the room

Positive: the convenience of the hotel to the location of the party we were attending and being dog friendly was the draw to picking this hotel Negative: The hotel was insanely busy and there were people and kids slamming doors and stomping around the upstairs all night long. It was very loud and we didn't sleep much. The dog relief area smelled gross because it never got sprayed off with a hose.

Always love a smiling face at the front desk. Super easy check-in. The room is super clean and well equipped with every modern convenience. Centrally located around many many businesses. Would recommend this place highly to any traveler.

Very poor customer service especially to seniors. Room had an ant infestation and the solution was to spray insecticide on surfaces in room. This created a very toxic environment in the air along with the desk and television cabinet. Managements refused to relocate us even with the majority of rooms unoccupied. She also told us that a bad review would be a threat. We had to relocate to a different motel without a refund for the night. Staying here is a health risk and total disrespect to the seniors.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, mainly due to the extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. From the moment I tried to address an issue, staff were dismissive, short-tempered, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying guest. Instead of trying to resolve concerns or communicate respectfully, the staff spoke rudely and showed no interest in helping. Customer service is a huge part of any hotel stay, and unfortunately this location failed badly in that area. For the price and expectations, this was not worth it. I would not recommend staying here and will not be returning unless there is significant improvement in how guests are treated.
