Best Western Erie Inn & Suites GOOD: room quality for price paid, excellent front desk and housekeeping services, the amenities, location BAD: Nothing much - gym could use towels/spray cleaner and washer and dryer needed for longer term guests I loved this hotel. My room was clean and modern. I relied heavy on the in-room fridge and microwave - both performed great. The shower is hot and offers luxurious sliding glass. Every morning I woke to a hot consisent breakfast and relatively fast internet. The front desk is also extremely helpful. Finally, the location is perfect, right off peach street, all the action is near by. The lake is a quick 8 miles, it goes by fast. It would be great if they added a washer and dryer, other then that, I loved this property and I'll be back.

The gentleman who greeted us was very kind and welcomed us with a smile. The room had 2 full size beds very clean and presentable. I just have a couple concerns that I personally stayed in that needs to be addressed I am not degrading the Hotel in any way. There was damage at the top of one of windows and the drapes as well, and the refrigerator didn't work. You can hear it running but did keep anything cold. Thank you Best Western for a great night to sleep. An yes I would go back there again and would recommend my friends and family to stay there.

Overall the room was not bad but there was one thing that is making me give three stars. Overall the room was clean however the alarm clock was flashing and when I picked it up to set it, there was a condom underneath so they obviously didn't clean super well. It was almost like it was done in purpose. I was there with my 12 year old son so was not gappy to find that.

This hotel is completely unsanitary. I stayed in room 221 and on the left bed it is infested with bedbugs. I brought this is the attention of the receptionist, and they really didn’t seem to care. You cannot find a manager on site. I can’t believe I went to this hotel. I was bitten alive by bedbugs and wasn’t even reimbursed for my trip. I’ve been given a bogus email address that does not work. I am trying to contact the Management but for some reason I can’t based on these emails that I’ve been given . I stayed for two days even though paid for three and are refusing to give my money back. It seems like a very low standard hotel with very poor management. Rooms were not vacuumed and there were specs of dirt everywhere. Breakfast was not edible, except for the coffee and cereals of cour
