Best Western Big Country Inn

My room was recently, nicely, remodeled. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfortable and the towels were new and soft. The shower had was at a nice, high height, with good pressure. Front desk staff, Jose, was super friendly and was able to honor my room requests. I did NOT go to breakfast, so I can't comment on that but Jose did have the menu the night before which was nice. It seems to be in a very safe place with gas and food next door. The landscaping was beautiful. I would 100% stay here again

Traveling with little ones and this place was perfect. Exceptionally clean, easily accessible, fantastic breakfast! The staff was amazing. When I checked in the man at the desk was very professional, kind and made me feel safe. The woman working the breakfast was great, keeping everything stocked and cleaned. The room was wonderful! Stocked and spacious and very clean. There was a smart tv easy to use, water in the fridge and the sink was outside of the bathroom and very spacious which is so nice when traveling with kids. 10/10 would recommend 🤩

My only problem was the smell of the room and the dirty floor. The beds, shower, and sink were fantastic. The breakfast was alright too. Really great customer service (shoutout Jose).

Best breakfast I have had at a hotel in a long time. Professional and amiable staff. Bed was comfortable, room was super clean.
