Best Western Americana Inn

Rooms were clean enough, safe quiet area. Breakfast was at 630 which I would have preferred 6am for my 845 flight. Almost missed it leaving at 640 to cbx. Sewage smell from the pond across the street. Overall for the price I would stay here again

Beware. This hotel, currently has an entire $7,500 business credit card tied up for one weeks stay on 4 rooms. My husband reserved the rooms, it obviously charged for them when he did that. When he got there and checked in, they made a whole new set of charges for 4 rooms, with a week stay and added the deposits to that set of transactions, instead of just doing 4 separate charges for the $150 deposit. He has been there for a week now and those first charges are still pending. They were notified Monday (5 days ago now) that they need to drop the additional 4 charges immediately, but the charges are still pending and the card remains with $0 credit available and $1k over the credit limit. They were again notified at 7am this morning, to release the charges on that card, but as of this eveni

The staff was extremely rude and refused to accommodate an hour late check out due to delays from an event. It was an hiur and 15 minutes. I had even asked them be phone to remove my belongings. Very in flexible. Do not book here !!!!! I plead with them.

Stayed here for a concert. On the third night in room 119, since we had to wake up early (checked out at 4 am) to catch our flight, we were horrified to find we had been sleeping with the cockroaches. They were on the headboard, all over the bathroom. It was unreal. I will be going thoroughly through all our luggage to make sure none hitched a ride before bringing my luggage into my home. I can only imagine they were there every single night. I have asked Corporate for a refund for my stay because it is gross and disgusting. The breakfast was good though. Especially the biscuits and gravy. But now that I know the place is infested with roaches…. I wouldn’t eat the breakfast again.

Had another wonderful stay. I have to say the staff is awesome and inviting. Always a smile when I check in. If u need extra towels, water or an additional 15 min after checkout time it is taken care of. I will say even the maids and the cooking staff are great. Happy employees usually mean good Management.
