Best Western Ambassador Inn & Suites

Our experience at Best Western Ambassador Inn & Suites was extremely negative. We had a group reservation from February 9th to February 13th and informed the hotel that we would be extending our stay for two additional days. While my employees were at work, hotel staff entered the occupied rooms without prior notice and removed our belongings, leaving them outside. Inside the rooms there were personal items and cash; when we returned, part of the cash was no longer there. This situation raised serious concerns about the security and handling of our personal property. Additionally, the hotel charged my credit card for two extra days, even though we no longer had access to the rooms. Charging for accommodations while removing guests’ belongings is unacceptable. We had a great experience here. We were skeptical with the price but the front desk staff was so sweet and helpful and went above and beyond to help us with finding a place for our dancers to practice. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was impressive. There is a dennys next door. Will def stay again when we have to travel to the dells.

Absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at. All night and morning loud constant thumping. ExtremeTemp fluctuations. Fire alarm going off most the morning. Hate it so much im canceling my second night stay and going home. Also the hot tub and pool were gross. Black goo floating. Tons of hair. Got out and showered instead.

We were looking for a hotel that was close to attractions, but yet away from the hustle and bustle. The best western was a great fit for our two families that visited. We’d loved that they had the balcony rooms which one family enjoyed while the larger family was able to get a room with three beds. We enjoyed the amenities of the free breakfast, indoor pool, outdoor pool and hot tubs. It was also a great bonus that we got free. Noah’s our water tickets for our entire stay. Our rooms and beds were very comfortable and clean. However, there are some definite updates that need to be done to the property. Our balcony room had painters tape, holding on the screen door, there were staples exposed by the door, our sink was clogged when we arrived, and the AC unit in the indoor pool was not plugge
