The front desk clerk seemed bored and uninterested in the guests. No greetings, no "Thank you for being a Diamond Plus rewards member", no complimentary bottle of water. When I asked about it, the clerk acted as if he'd never heard of respecting customers. Many other BW hotels will offer free upgrades, bonus points, bottles of water, gift bags, recommendations for local restaurants, etc. I guess having a subway in the motel creates a conflict of interest for him to even comment on anything - though wearing a mask it might be hard to speak to customers. The weather was still quite warm and I was looking forward to using the pool though the clerk said it closed after Labor Day. First, the room had roaches, which is already unacceptable. Second, I overslept because I set my alarm but forgot to turn the volume up—Android users understand how that happens. My fiancé was the one who booked the room, so they contacted him and told us we needed to leave. That was fine. I got up immediately, and my fiancé started packing the rest of our things. About five minutes later, someone from the front office came banging on the door—not knocking, but banging like the police. When I opened the door, he immediately started yelling at me and telling us to leave instead of having a calm, respectful conversation. Positive: Location and nice breakfast Negative: The front desk lady was not friendly.I stayed for two nights, I was charged a deposit for each night separately, without receiving the first nights deposit back.

Not only was there some Hispanic guy loitering the complex, bumming cigarettes and trying to make passes at me, I am blind. I have a friend who helps me with getting around. But They told me I'd get my deposit back the day I checked out. Negative. Then they told me it would take 3 days. Then they told me that it was posted the day I checked out. That was on the first. I still have not received anything. Won't be staying there again.

Ugh if I could rate this a zero I would!!! Booked a room online for 4 people it had two beds when I called they tried charging me an extra 80 a night for more than two people even though reservation said 4!!!!!! Then they tried charging the card BEFORE we ever even made it to the hotel!!!!!! I had issues the first time we stayed too. Front desk staff was rude, rooms were horrible, almost no lighting in the rooms. I tried giving them another chance but they screwed that up!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!
