NO! NO!NO!|Sheets tea colored brown. |Manager removing towels from previous guest. Left wet wash cloth hanging on shower curtain rod. No refunds! Very late stayed because too tired to drive. Second worst experience in 60 years of traveling

Bruh didn't want to refund us on Hotels.com until I threatened to sue. Deplorable conditions

At first I wasn’t gonna judge it until I went in the lobby, I knew as soon as I saw a roach that there was gonna be plenty more in the room. I got to the room with my boyfriend and it immediately didn’t sit right with me, it just sent a little chill down my spine of just the smell alone maybe it’s just me but the room didn’t smell fresh at all. I looked around behind the bed, it was dirty looks like the floors haven’t been cleaned the bed was made so that’s fine, the fridge and freezer was dirty aswell as the drawers bathroom didn’t look clean. The conditioner wasn’t cleaned out the cool air barely came out because it was full of gunk the buttons were messed up aswell. Owner was very nice. Felt bad waking him up twice , once at 4am another at 8 , he wasn’t annoyed either time. Room was clean area was quiet.

7/25/2025 Traffic jam on my way to Vegas due to huge truck fire on Interstate 15 Northbound. Have to fine a place for 6-7 hours to rest. Negotiate down to $60 including tax from 9:00 pm to 4:00 in the morning. Consider I am camping luxury….! At least you have air condition, hot water, and a big bed for 6 hours.
