Best Florida Resort

Stayed here with 2 other couples. For 10 days, the place is clean updated It's conveniently located some of the rooms have small kitchenettes, and there's a barbecue for use as well saves lots of money.The grocery store and strip mall is just a block away you can get all your groceries and pretty much any kind of liquor or beer and wine.The beach is about a block and a half away downtown latterdale by the sea , is about a five minute walk. The public transportation is fantastic they have little Golf carts, it's called circuit.They'll take you pretty much anywhere locally for $2 iris and her team made us feel welcome , the only minor complaint is the pool was cool.But we spent most of our time on the beach. they even gave us beach chairs and beach towels. LADIES BEWARE. me and two friends checked in tonight, and within an hour someone is banging on our door trying to yank it open. a chair was placed under the door handle, making it hard to open the door once we tried to open it. the front desk insisted nobody was at our door, and everything was okay. police were called and escorted us out. please be careful here.

Positive: Awesome location Beach restaurants Negative: Security of room was extremely bad just keypad deadbolt no interior safety latch or locking device while in room. Definitely a safety issue and door was so uneven do to building shift 1/4-1/2" daylight above door & hinge side. Tiny shower 24" wide

Booked online through Booking .com room with a double bed when i arrived at resort was given room 206 two single beds inquired why no resolution the room was in need of major TLC mouldings and grout black floor has stains on it blinds were bent and broken the ac unit was in a walk in closet very little air getting to living area we could not stay in this unit the pool had a green color to bottom of pool we booked into a hotel across the street clean rooms every thing working for the same price we paid for Best Florida Resort

The room is spacious, the photos on Air b and b look way nicer than actual where we are. They were gracious enough to give us bath linens for our stay, after requested, and beach towels. They kindly let us in early when our plans changed. The rooms do not have an ocean view, but it is a very short walk to the public beach access. The view from the second floor balcony is nice.
