Best Budget Inn

Positive: Location it was close to everything fun. Negative: I could not have any visitors! This was offensive to a degree! Having a friend over shouldn't cost you a deposit! I had no visitors but not having the option to ruffle feathers! Maybe there's lots of crime in the area 🤔

😊: Nothing,even without being kicked out without warning, the room is trashy, you can go 10 minute walk down the road to ‘Buena vista inn’ and pay the same price for a much better room. This motel was dirty and things were broken. 😢: The manager kicked us out because some friends came by to drop off my belongings. No even 1 minute after they arrived the owners banged on the door and angrily asked us all to leave. Kicked us out at 1 am, tried to calmly reason with him. But his entire staff/ family ( its family ran) already entered the discussion far too angry. There was no prior negative interaction No warning, just out. He did not refund The police said they are used to dealing with this manager but because it’s private property he has the right to kick anyone out Suggesting that

Appalling Service and Unsanitary Conditions I had a terrible experience at Best Budget Inn. The customer service is non-existent. Upon arrival, I was blindsided by a mandatory $100 cash-only deposit that was not mentioned in the booking details. Despite offering to pay a higher deposit via credit card, the staff was extremely rude and threatened to refuse my room. They treated us like criminals, insisting on "inspecting" every guest's face before allowing entry. The room itself was unacceptable: • Hygiene: The smell was overwhelming, there were cockroaches on the walls, and the floors were so thick with dust my feet felt like I’d been walking in a desert. • Maintenance: The toilet was overflowing, and management provided zero support when notified. • Amenities: No toilet paper or soap was

checked in around 3:30am as soon as we walked into our room a bed bug was on the pillow. Went to tell the staff and he upgraded our room, as we enter the second room we checked both beds and both beds had bed bugs as well. The rooms are very smelly and carpets are filthy . I was waiting in my car with my 6 month old baby for my husband to get back from canceling the room in the hotel parking lot right by the staff window and a man walked up to my car leaned on it and tried to open my passenger side door. I got out and asked him what he was doing and he ran away.Just all around not a great experience. Staff were nice about the situation and canceled our booking for us but overall i will never recommend this place.

The worst place i’ve ever stayed at. It smelled, it was dirty, toilet got stuck , there was water all over our room floor from the fridge and ruined our clothes, they randomly called us in the middle of the night cuz they “booked the wrong name” and needed to look at my ID card again which made no sense to me . random soap bar under the blankets and hair ! the light also got stuck and would not turn off. I don’t even think they wash the sheets here iy was disgusting and they were rude so i’m never coming back and I think they need to be shut down.
