Berkley Lake Town homes

We stayed for a week in a 3 bedroom. The beds weren't the most comfortable and we weren't allowed to use the bedding that were on the beds. That would've been nice to know before hand... they had little throw blankets in the closet that we ended up using as comforters. Other than that the place was clean. The fans are loud in the bathroom. I found it close to everything. The pools looked ok, maybe could've been cleaned a little better. All in all I think I would stay again. Just wish the beds were more comfortable

These townhomes are tucked away in a nice, quiet location. We stayed for 4 nights and were so pleased with the amount of space we had. Having 2 1/2 bathrooms was so helpful for our family. We didn’t mind the outdated furniture or carpet, as we spent most of our time out and about anyway. These places have everything you need! The only issue we had were tiny ants everywhere. We would definitely stay again, though.

We have stayed here every winter for at least one month and our kids and grandkids love this place. This is a quiet neighborhood in a gated community. The townhouses are clean, spacious, and well furnished. The kitchen area is well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes allowing you to prepare bigger meals for a family. We have been able to borrow a crockpot and a charcoal grill at times depending on availability. The front office staff and maintenance man are very helpful and friendly. We enjoy walking or bicycling around Lake Berkley, watching the many birds roosting on its small inaccessible island. We have also eagles around the lake.

This is our first time stsying here and IT IS SIMPLY WONDERFUL! It is gated for security 24/7 which made me feel secure. The grounds are beautiful and clean. The staff in the office are super friendly. There is a large, well maintained pool and appropriate spacing of chairs for COVID precautions. We had a 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bath suite; all suites are 2 floors so there are steps if you are traveling with those that are unable to do steps; however in the living room there is a sofa sleeper as well on the first floor. Full kitchen- refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, washer/dryer and dishwasher. Plenty of utensils, pots/pans. Everything is SPOTLESS! Wonderful accommodations!! Spacious, clean and has everything you would need. Weiss at the front desk was so helpful, friendly and just made our stay so pleasant and easy.. even when we kept extending with short notice. Everyone else at the front desk was very friendly and helpful as well! Really enjoyed our time here.. beautiful pool to relax at. Perfection for our family
