Belmont Motel

Clean they sprayed all the rooms for bugs yesterday lowest month rate of any motel in ROSWELL, n.m 875 per month. I'm staying there for the month of DECEMBER 2025.

I have made booking without reading other reviews big mistake. I agree with other negative reviews . This place is full of scary people staying all next door. Owners don't care about any safety from normal safety to covid19 safety for guest. Internet is very slow. Rooms seems new color and try to make it good but I will go with all other reviews . Find some better place for safety of you it car and stuff inside your car

Good value and always available to check you in. The rooms are a little older but they are clean. We had a smoking room so I was surprised that the room did not have an odors. New Microwaves and mini fridge in room. Drink machine available. Close to convenience stores and shopping. Decent location kept me feeling safe.

Stopped here late at might after another week hotel down the road was booked. I didn't have reservations and hoped they had a room available. Rang the late night bell and young girl came out in about a minute. Check in was fast, just signed a paper, paid and was done in less then 10 minutes. Rooms are simple and clean. Doesn't have any amenities but if you are looking for a quick overnight stay it works fine.

I was so pleased with my little room! It was clean and comfortable, air conditioned and quiet. The bed was cozy, I checked the mattress and it was clean. The person at the front desk was pleasant and helpful. I really liked being able to park right outside my room too! Well worth the price! I'm going back to Roswell next summer and will be staying here again!
