Bel Air Motel

I stayed here twice. I'll be the first one to say that this is a "no frills" motel. The rooms leave a lot to be desired. My shower leaked. There was hole in the carpet near the door. The rooms and furnishings were in overall rough shape, like bedside lamps were broken. It costs $8 at Lowe's, Home Depot, or a Super Walmart to get a lamp repair kit. Aside from all of this my room was clean and quiet. The AC and heat worked well too. Their side parking lot has enough room to safely perform a U-turn with a tractor trailer. It's not a bad motel. It could use some fixing up. That also being said I will be likely staying here again if I get called out here for work again.

DRIVE ON PAST THIS ONE!!! We stayed in Vaughan as my husband drove all day and wanted to stop. I read the reviews about the owner and his dog , Duke, and it seemed to be an OK to stay. WRONG!! The owner and his son, Arthur, were super nice so I feel a little guilty about this review. Our room was so dirty. Make sure you bring your own soap because the was none and I don’t usually travel with soap. Had to wash my hands with face wash. There was thick dust on the bathroom windowsill and a dead fly stuck on the window and the vent was so dirty that you know the filter has not been changed in a long time. There was enough toilet paper on the roll for maybe two uses (which was gross to me that so many other people had been using the same roll) and no other toilet paper was there. I could n

Stayed here a couple of times. Staff is great and always help out. Would definitely stay here again. Rooms are spacious and can’t go wrong with a nice fridge and microwave.

Unfortunately, our room was not what we were expecting. We understand that the area is basically in the middle of nowhere and expectations weren't going to be high. With that being said, these rooms are in NEED of major TLC and deep cleaning. Our bed was hard and the bed frame was stained with God knows what. The carpet had cigarette burns, caveat to that, the room smelled heavily of smoke. There was an old yogurt container in the fridge that was bloated and smelled rotten. The bathroom was the worst of it all. I added pictures to corroborate my statements. The toilet had something stained next to it, there were holes in the wall, the shower was moldy and filthy on the ground, the windows were full of dead flies and the smell was horrendous. The owner is nice enough, but the room wasn't up

We're on a roadtrip from TEXAS to NEVADA and needed a last minute place to stay. We drove up at midnight, called the number on the office door and a man came out right away. Easy check in and the price was decent. I was honestly a little nervous when we drove up because the hotel is small, outdated and in the middle of nowhere but we we're exhausted and needed to rest. The room was a little musty when we walked in but clean. The bed was VERY comfortable. The AC worked PERFECT and the water pressure was AMAZING with really hot water. Overall the room was clean cold and comfortable; we slept great and now we're on the road again.
