Excellent service, great location, and the staff—Belen, Astrid, and Johana—were very friendly. Everything was very clean. I enjoyed the bar and the karaoke nights; it's great that they provide towels and chairs for the beach. The TV room is very comfortable. Comfortable room and the bathroom was always clean.

The hotel is a good hotel for the price, the bedrooms are okay and not dirty. The problem is that one morning, i wake up and i don’t have any clothes, my closet is empty. I go to the reception and ask, the lady, verry unpolite had a look and say she take a lot of time and then she said that they can’t do anything for me. I insist she said it’s impossible they took the clothes. And then someone in my room told me that she saw a staff member take my clothes. I go back talking to the lady. And then she magically found my clothes in the staff space. She never said sorry and acted the whole time like I was annoying her. As we can see in the review, they do that often. The staff guy in the morning is good.

I know the name and the ideal is simple. The price is simple. And I have been to many hostels. I don’t think at least one fridge in the entire hostel for guests to access is too much to ask for. Neither is more than 1 public bathroom in the entire building. Other than that of course it filled its role as a bare bones hostel perfectly. Staff was nice
