Beaverhead Lodge

Hotel has ample hot water, and clean rooms. No frills place, nothing fancy, but at least it's clean. The front desk attendant was nowhere to be seen in the morning, so I wasn't able to let them know that housekeeping had left the body wash/shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower completely empty. Breakfast was the standard hotel fare, no complaints. The ADA room we were given had no counter space and very few surfaces for us to put things down, but again, not the end of the world. Pillows were flat, bring your own! I'd still stay there again, it was warm and clean and had breakfast, fine for a quick travel stop.

Great place for a quick overnight with your dog. Room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. There was both a refrigerator and microwave. Would stay here again.

Positive: very little. The breakfast was adequate. Negative: at 10 p.m. I was awakened by someone working in a storage room next to our room - making lots of noise. That lasted for about 30 minutes. There was no soft place to sit other than the bed. No chair other than hard chairs.

Room was unclean, the toilet had marks in it, the was dust everywhere. It felt very unsanitary and made my skin crawl. There was hair on the beds and floor. There was a used towel hanging by the shower. And the door seals had cracks and you could see light though them. I would not recommend staying here

Regrettably, the lodge is experiencing a downturn. For more than three years, I have been a dedicated guest at the lodge, stopping by each time I travel to Great Falls, Montana, for work. I am disappointed that an email was sent alleging I was confrontational regarding a military discount, and I am now facing accusations of being rude, aggressive, and racially charged from Manreet Kaur, the female manager, despite my own Southeast Asian ancestry.||In the past, I was able to obtain my military discount at the front desk when checking out, regardless of whether I booked online. Nevertheless, when I checked into the lodge on March 29, 2025, I was advised by the front desk to contact them directly in the future to receive my military discount, as the lodge had recently been acquired and was s
