Positive: Nothing Negative: Everything we never had room service come clean we found bugs in the room the door had issues

I have to say this hotel deserves better reviews. Alex was such an amazing help. He truly goes above and beyond to insure his guests are satisfied. The service alone is worth the stay.

This run down, insect infested rathole cares about only 1 thing,: money. I booked online, decided to book 3 more nights online - same room type, confirmed with front desk - but was informed that if I booked online I'd have to leave from 11 to 3pm. If I paid cash tho, $30 costlier, I could stay in room. Place is crummy as hell, avoid at all costs - pay $5 more elsewhere, you will not regret it.

my family & i stayed at Beachside in for 2 nights, 2 rooms. I notified front desk about an issue. Front desk offered to refund one night, one room. It has been 3 weeks & i have received nothing. This is completely unacceptable. Front desk also denied to 3rd party (Booking.com) that i had came to front desk to complain. I asked for new bed sheets for my room & the fitted sheet was not changed & it was the one that needed changing. Pics of the nasty sheets we slept on. Because the request was not fulfilled correctly & we slept on dirty sheets AGAIN after mentioning to front desk, i am requesting a full refund for one of the rooms.

I was just here for work, the rating is for the location and what I saw in and around the parking lot. Easy in and out, plenty of parking, lots of charging stations for electric plug in vehicles and indoor small swimming pool. There is construction at this time on the street, but it made it easy for me the exit.
