Baymont by Wyndham Williamsburg

None of the major amenities were available: no breakfast, coffee except in lobby or Pool open. Do not stay here. It’s awful; and in need of an upgrade and cleaning. The online photos don’t reflect what this place is really like. Should have had a breakfast each morning but wasn’t provided. Pool was shut down due to a water test result. There was no coffee pot in the room. The one down in the lobby didn’t have any sugar or cream. Floor at coffee location was disgusting; stayed that way during our 3 days there. Will not return ever to this place. Parking lot has one light; majority of parking lot was total darkness ask evening; major safety concern. When leaving the manager would provide a receipt; I asked several times and finally gave up and just left.

I stayed for a week in this disgusting place. The walls and floor were so nasty. You have to slam the doors to get them to close. The door handles feel like they're about to fall off. They never once got my trash. I had to ask multiple times to get more towels. They had no breakfast not that I would have wanted to eat there. My last day there I saw a roach. So save yourself some trouble and stay somewhere else. Myself I will sleep in my truck for a week before I stay there again.

Sadly, can't say that I can speak to the rooms. Before my booking, I received a notification that my booking had been cancelled due to the hotel's room card machine being down. A week later, and I still have a charge on my card for over $100. Customer service phone rings but no answer. Not the best first impression and you might consider other options.

Under no circumstance should anyone stay here. Travel apps offer just as good deals nearby. |To start with, good luck finding anyone at the front desk. Then, my room was absolutely the worst I've ever been in. Dirty, everything was broken (the drain under the sink, for instance, was not connected and water just ran out onto the floor). There's no trash can, only half a roll of toilet paper, a washcloth jammed into the hole where the smoke alarm should be, the list goes on. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Rooms ain't really cleaned half the rooms don't have smoke detectors the ceiling in the rooms are coming down ..you can't sleep at night because of hood rats are sitting on the steps all night smoking **** and being loud all night long and the office ppl don't say nothing to them and the small of **** comes in your room
