Wish there was a NO STARS rating because that's how I feel. Location was great and staff were nice but everything else was a DISASTER!! There was no breakfast (no discount) because 'the truck hadn't arrived'. We still took the room, knowing this. The no Refunds sign in the lobby should have been a clue. Room reeked of smoke, no glasses, there were only 3 pillows (lumpy) for a king bed. We had asked for a coffee maker that never showed up, called about the lack of A/C that never got fixed. The TV had a shadow cast around the picture, the internet kept cutting out, the ice machine didn't work..... couldn't shower in the a.m. because there were no bath towels. Mentioned my concerns at check out and was told the regional manager was coming by and would call me later that day...... still waitin

I don’t even want to give them 1 star We didn’t stay long enough to take photos of the room. Was told room with direction and found an unnumbered room but our key didn’t work. Checked back in to confirm is our room the one with out the number. We tired the key didn’t work, back to reprogram the key still didn’t work. A man showed up to unlock the room for us and we thanked him. The loud animal noises didn’t bother us to much but the site of the room made us leave with in 5 mins. Terrible experience. Room was not clean, reeked of smoke, the security door latch was broken and the smoke/fire alarm was not mounted. Would not let my dogs stay here.

This “hotel” has deteriorated over the last two years into a SLUM. The property is poorly maintained, The breakfast was literally nonexistent. There was nothing served or offered except coffee and the cups were small. The were no drinking glasses in the room, there was no security lock on the door, the room key card is presented in a used, dirty worn envelope. Conditions in the room were,to say the least, deplorable. Holes in the wall were pictures had been torn off, a dresser that was held closed by duct tape, water stained walls, rust stained heater. There is an abandoned car that has been in the parking lot for two years, there are no handrails from ground level to the first floor on the makeshift stairs. This place should be shut down. We booked a week as we are trying to find a home. The rooms were disgusting we were moved to three rooms first one had people already in it second and third where disgusting blood on the walls , cigarette burns in the beds, door had a hold in it we had to plug with a towel. We were told we would get moved to a suite that didn't happen then we left after two days and we told we would get a refund it's been a month. Regional manager doesn't exist they all switch off who's manager when it's convenient. I saw another review that they put a sign up no refund which wasn't there when stayed and week later they took more money off my card a total of over $500. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
