The girls at the front were always very nice. The breakfast is probably the worst I've ever seen. The hotel itself needs to be updated. It used to be a nice hotel 20 years ago. Lots of homeless people around just hanging out.

The front desk was super helpful! She helped so much with my reservation. She went above and beyond!! I booked through a 3rd party and they canceled last minute . She Talked to the 3rd party got it all figured out. She definitely needs a raise!

Positive: Nothing. There was nothing I liked about the hotel. Negative: This hotel is run down & dirty. The staff was rude. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels all over the world from 5 starts to Motel 6's and this is by far the worst I've ever encountered. I moved to another hotel for 2nd night.

I was not informed the hotel was under construction, as soon as you walk in you see it. There were 3 huge rolls of new carpet to go down, but then the edges of the walls were all torn up as if the trim was taken off. Then the elevator was a little weary and made to much noise for a 3 story hotel. My son wouldn't even ride on it, then walking the stairs one of the windows were broke and just taped up, which was very alarming. Then as we went to our room there were holes in the ceiling above every door, and paper along the floor as if someone was painting. Electrical was hanging out of almost every door, which can be a hazard alone. Finally getting to our room and observing it and it seemed ok but the tissue holder was completely broke i had to fix it to stay on otherwise a metal piece was h

I want to give this location a 5 star. I really do. I highly suggest this place. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the check in was super smooth and soft friendly,, breakfast was good, it really did check all the boxes. I would go to 4.8 if possible. The reason it is not a perfect 5 for me is that in the A.M. one of the front people leaves and there is no one at the desk. My room key didn't work after getting breakfast (it happens with me no matter where I stay at least once). So, I had to wait for about an hour to get the key reactivated. Which was not a big deal for me. However, if I had to check out early I would not have been able to. Or if I wanted to skip out on paying, it could have easily happened. Also, go to Bears Diner.
