Baymont by Wyndham Manistee

We had stayed here for the weekend and couldn't of been happier. We were in a king size jacuzzi room and we had no complaints. Room was clean, staff was hands down the best we have ever encountered. Sadly I never got the front desks woman's name but she definitely went above and beyond. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We stayed here on enight with 7 other couples. Check in was fine, no issues. Room was comfortable, dated and worn down. Room had a microwave and mini fridge. Pool was warm and the hot tub was roomy enough for us. However, the pool closed at 11 pm. We were never asked to leave. There was a unsupervised minor, probably 10 years old, in the pool until well after midnight. No parents in sight. Breakfast was standard fare, make your own waffles, muffins, bagels, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, sausage gravy, biscuits, eggs and sausage. No fresh fruit. Overall, nice free food with lots of seating. Probably would stay again if looking for a budget hotel, close to the city of Manistee.

Positive: The bed was comfortable. Negative: The hotel looked old and unkempt outside. My room inside was very dated and kind of creepy feeling. The bathtub had rusty fixtures and the bathroom resembled a poorly painted cave. The bedspreads were very vintage. Everything was in need of a major update

Have been here a number of times. It seems to be our go to hotel. This time, we booked a specific room; paid the price, and ended up getting put in a handicapped accessible room. When confronting front desk, she stated i booked with a third party and there was nothing she could do about it. After 3 different phone calls, lengthing in an hour long, we were not able to even get the room we paid for. Stuck in the handicapped accessible room. Was offered no partial or full refund, and no help was given. Wasn't impressed with the room; bathroom door wouldn't close. Shower tore up. Needless to say, we will NOT be returning. Very unhappy with service.

Sadly, when we got to our room, they gave us a handicap room which we did not Reserve we reserved a queen bed with bathtub this one had half the bathtub missing because it was for handicap. went and spoke with the front desk Sarah was one of the most amazing wonderful human beings, but the manager on duty Jenna, was so crass I even told her it was our first trip sense I’ve been fighting Cancer an I just wanted to soak in a bathtub and she had no care at all. Jenna was completely, completely mean, rude would not switch us rooms unless she made us pay extra money. Sarah was gonna do it, but she was told not to buy that very rude manager Jenna very unprofessional and I believe it to be because she knew everything was booked in Manistee. That’s why she was being so rude. We will never ever go
