Front desk staff service was immaculate, the front lobby smelled so clean and fresh and I was able to purchase laundry soap and dryer sheets super convenient. I was greeted with a smile and cookies and I loved how clean my room was after I was accommodated to my preference and was able to park my box truck on property with no worries. I highly recommend this property and I will return if I’m ever in this area?

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.||||The first room we were given had active pipes leaking through the wall and black mold lining the entire perimeter of the ceiling. The floor was so filthy that I had to clean it myself using a hotel towel, which ended up stained with grime. When I went to request clean towels, the front desk questioned where the stains came from and outright denied that they could have come from the bathroom floor.||||When we reported the black mold to the overnight clerk, his response was, “I’m not changing your room at 4 a.m.” Throughout the night, hotel staff entered our room without knocking, and at one point, another guest walked in. I stayed here one night on a business trip, paying $47 before taxes, or $63 after taxes. My room was fine, but it was in a rundown state. There were no bugs or cobwebs, and the sheets and towels were clean, which are the most important things. However, the furniture was all very old and worn, the walls and door had a lot of scuff marks, and the walls were faded, with areas of less faded paint where pictures once hung. The shower dripped constantly from its old faucet, which did keep me up, even after I wrapped a towel around it. The internet was good, however, with 65 Mbps download and 20 Mpbs upload. If the room had a little tlc done to it, it would vastly improve the experience.

Positive: Location Negative: I literally had to go buy supplies to clean the room, bath faucet leaks, floors were nasty, bed had 2 sheets, no blankets. Smells musty, would never recommend this place.

🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫PLEASE READ THIS They ask for a $50 incidental fee to be put on your card. They require you to show the receipt and your ID . So be warned most hotels allow you to checkout without coming back to front desk. They count on you not returning to the front desk and asking for your incidental $50 back. If you check out without coming back to desk they will not automatically release your $50. These freaking people are horrible with their tactics. 1st time i ever been here but i rented it for an army buddy in need. Of course it's owned by the people who buy up all the convenience stores. I'm warning you to keep that receipt and go check out in person. Luckily 12 days later I still had receipt in my car. Use to be area where you need to be careful and watch your surroundings also
