Baymont by Wyndham Indianapolis South

Booked one night on our way South for the winter. After reading the reviews for this hotel I decided to take a chance on it. Excellent location, right off of I-65 south. Many restaurants in the area and in a safe area. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Our room is large and the bed comfortable. We will try the complimentary breakfast in the morning, although there is a Cracker Barrel right outside the door. The staff is friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

So me and my cousin ordered through the phone for a single room, our reservation was November 7th at 3:00pm. So that day we went up to check in, we get told there’s no rooms available. We was very confused. We didn’t get any room number, no key card for the room. We wasn’t even able to get a room that day at all. So we wasn’t even able to stay here. So we decided to go ahead and go to the quality inn instead. Well I just now seen they charged our card 110.00$ so I decided to call up there and ask them to break it down in why they charged me 110.00$ when I didn’t even stay there. The girl couldn’t figure that out and told us to call back when the managers available. So I did that. I called back and explained to the manager what my issue was. He was very unprofessional. Most disgusting hotel me and my friends have ever came to! Not only did our room have pee stains on bed and syringe needles on the floor, they then swapped us into another room for it to be just as disgusting. Then as we are walking out, other people said their room was dirty as well! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Positive: Price and location we're great. Beds were comfortable and nice bedding. Good charging locations by the bed. Negative: The bathroom light was impossible to find and we finally realized it was a sensory light. The bathroom in general was just a little old. And the door was dirty. Breakfast was a little limited

The man on the night shift was very Pleasant and tried to be as accommodating as he could! Very nice person! I was sick when checked in and it was very late/early, I hadn’t planned on stoping, but I had started feeling so bad I had to stop! The guy gave me a 1pm check out. I wake up at some point with a high fever by the way and also what I thought was housekeeper just beating the door down!! I yelled back that I have a 1pm check out. I hear a woman talking loudly and then start to beat on the door again!! I stumbled towards the door, I’m not dressed so I’m sure not gonna open that door!! I get to the door and I said Man, what is it you want I said I am sick and I am not dressed and I have a 1 o’clock check out and she says I want you to open this door right now. You are smoking in there
