Positive: Location Negative: It looked great on line and once you see it in person it's very cheap, corners cut on maintenance such as caulk around tubs is molding, shower heads not putting out much water, next to no hot water

I stayed at this location for four days. During my stay the staff was very polite and the room I was in was in ok conditions. I wouldnt call it a complaint . Id say the focus point on thorough cleanliness should be the rooms versus the lobby and dining area. Perhaps get all vending machines repaired. Focus more on vacuuming rooms better. Supply non stained bedding and towels . More attention to detail when cleaning rooms. Repair key pad locks on entry doors . One is broken and anyone can enter without a key card. Have working smoke detectors in room. I'm most definitely a non smoker & absolutely no damages upon my checkout and I've yet to see a refund on my deposit I had to pay on top of my stay. Not receiving my deposit back in a timely manner is my only concern. If I don't see it

Our rooms were so dirty when we checked in. The walls were crumbling, there was feces in the toilet and on the walls, there was trash on the beds. We had to hunt down an employee for towels and toilet paper upon arrival. The staff was incredibly rude. We had one room that filled with smoke when we turned the heat on. The front desk staff actually argued with us when we asked for a refund. We will not be going back! I would give 0 stars if I could!

Do not stay here. We stayed with our youth group for an event, and I was so embarrassed. We checked in and were immediately welcomed with a musty smell. The pictures were deceiving. There's no elevator, so we went up the stairs, and a musty smell combined with weed. Right above the hallway door, there was mold, and water was dripping from it. The hallways are dirty. We had to use force to enter our room, and it was hot. They do not have the courtesy to run the AC anywhere except maybe the lobby. All of our bedding was either dirty or had questionable stains. There was a roach in one of our rooms. The sink area is small, and the toilet and shower area is super small. When taking a shower, I had to fight the shower curtain from touching me. It was exactly what we wanted. Our room was very clean. The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and friendly! We didn’t want any amenities…we were just there to not have to drive in bad weather for my dr appointment the next morning.
