The overall experience was great the only issues we encountered were: the sink and tub drained very slowly. The toilet you had to hold the handle to get it to flush. It is located on the south end of the strip so it's within walking distance of everything. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

One of the DIRTIEST hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The rooms were filthy, and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. No exaggeration — very, very dirty. Even worse was the clear ADA violation and discrimination against my assistance animals. I spoke with two employees before arrival and was told everything was fine. When my fiancé and I checked in, staff said my assistance animals were not real because they “didn’t look like they were,” despite proper documentation. Judging an assistance animal by appearance is not legal and shows a complete lack of ADA knowledge. On top of that, they changed the deposit requirements and kept our $50 deposit. Positive: "" Negative: The room was ice cold on arrival; the hotel was fully booked so we were given extra blankets. There was no hot water for showers during the entire stay. The room was outdated, the bathroom was dirty, and breakfast options were very limited.

Stayed here Valentine weekend .The room was ok the pillows had a smell to them which i had my own .The bed seemed clean and the room was clean .We got a suite which was facing the river was nice the fire place did not work at all and we didnt have hot water warm at most .The location was great just a short walk into town and you could walk on the backside along the river . We did enjoy our stay but if you are picky i would stay some place else .

On December 26th 2025, we were given a hotel room with an overwhelming bleach (Clorox) smell that caused immediate irritation to our eyes and throat. This was a serious health concern. We asked for a room change, but the hotel refused, claiming they were fully booked. We were forced to sleep in unsafe conditions because there were no other available hotels. We requested a fan, bought a candle, and slept with the windows open just to breathe. Despite leaving early (We had booked 3 nights), the hotel kept most of our money. After waiting over a month, they refunded only $80 out of $534.47, which included an excessive $120 pet fee. On top of that, the bathtub was dirty and still had used soaps from previous guests.
