Needed for 1 night during basketball tourney. Nice clean rooms. Great bed. Very quiet. Except when jets taking off from Vance. Would stay again. Great value.
Positive: The pool was amazing and so clear! Plus, the night time and day time staff were amazing! Negative: It had a bit of a smell when we walked it; once the AC was on it went away.
The hotel is not cleaned well. The microwave in our room still had food in it from the previous people who stayed in the room. The room had an awful smell. The bathroom wasn’t clean either. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here. We only stayed here because they had enough rooms for our group.
Awesome hotel experience!!! Staff is wonderful. Stayed here for our mini honeymoon in the Jacuzzi suite and the room is so big much bigger than I expected! In fact there's two couches both are pull out and a balcony!!! The room is also big and roomy. We loved the room! Thank you!!!!
The first room we were out in was not the one we paid for and was not cleaned properly at all. We went to the night desk lady and she was the sweetest most accommodating person. She gave us our upgraded room with no issues and profusely apologized. She deserves a raise. Our stay was 10-18-25
