Baymont by Wyndham Branford/New Haven

Very disappointing. Specifically looked for a pet friendly room with an indoor pool. Nowhere on their website mentioned the pool is broken nor did they say anything when I called. Infact the sign out front is advertising for the pool. Pet friendly should also be for trained well behaved pets. To have a yappy dog across the hall barking at every little sound was quite annoying. Spoke with staff about the pool and was offered a discount for a return trip. If I booked specifically for a pool to bring the grandson too and had the experience we did then the chance of returning are slim to none.

This is a perfectly serviceable hotel for a late night stop off from I-95. The room was clean and fairly comfortable, in short everything expected from a mid-range highway hotel. We have a dog and the pet policy was very reasonable. It was an extra $20 with no weird clauses or rules. We are writing this review because the front desk and facility guys who were working last night really did us a solid. They noticed a light was on in our car and took the time to call our room and let us know. We are so grateful that they went out of their way and that our car battery was not run down this morning. Thank you so much!

This was my 2nd time starting at the Baymont and I love it there. Rooms are clean as is the bathroom. All the extras they have are perfect for my stay. I travel to visit my family and when I leave them my sister tells me to call and let her know I am ok. When I left her last night I left my phone on her kitchen table. Now that we all have numbers and names saved in our iPhones, we don’t file them in our brains. Long story short the woman at the desk tracked me down when my sister called in a panic thinking something happened to me. She went the extra mile and we really appreciated her efforts.|Jayne

The beds are the most comfortable thing j been on i have had back issues for a while now so that says alot. With an animal this place is perfect I haven't hit up the pool yet but it looks inviting. The service and breakfast are A1
