Terrible stay. The most accurate description would be: “a horse stable.” 1. From the moment you arrive, the hallways — and especially the room — are filled with an unbearable smell of dampness and cigarette smoke. 2. Inside the room, the bed feels like a spring trampoline, and the pillows are as thin as a worn-out sofa cushion. 3. At night, the walls seem so thin that you can hear even the slightest noise from outside. 4. The plumbing comes to life — you can clearly hear every shower from guests next door, above, and below. If you want to ruin your trip and design dark circles under your eyes during the day, this is the place. Happy Halloween. Pure horror. 🎃

Wonderful stay and very conveniently located. the rooms were clean and inviting. will definitely stay here again.The service was excellent and very knowledgeable.The front desk helped with anything we needed, very professional and i will definitely stay here again.Not far from all the conveniences of restaurants, beach, and entertainment. Everything is within walking distance.

The room smelled strongly of mold and air freshener, the sheets were dirty and covered in hair, and there was visible mold on the walls and furnishings. We couldn’t get in touch with anyone from mgmt despite trying to reach out about the problems. We ended up finding another hotel close to midnight because staying here didn’t feel safe or sanitary. I DO NOT recommend booking here.

Goodness me, how impressed were we on arrival. Booked this as a last minute thing, as we arrived in Miami withopre- booking. Our room had absolutely everything you could want. Kitchenette with good hospitality tray. On suite with complimentary Toiletries. Plenty of towels. Extremely comfortable bed and great air con. Tv with extra channels. Staff were great, friendly helpful. Only a 10/15 min walk to Ocean Drive but plenty of "free ride" trams. Close to shops abd eateries. Everything you need at such a great price. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

Check-in was smooth, but unfortunately everything went downhill immediately after that. I arrived with my boyfriend around 11p. Both front entrance gate + door to the building were unlocked, meaning anyone from the street could walk right in. Upon entering the unit, there was a strong, overwhelming smell of mold/mildew that caused an immediate headache. I tried to open a window for air, but there was no screen and the window was at street level, so it didn’t feel safe to leave open. When I checked the bed, I found multiple hairs all over the sheets - short, long, and dark - and the bedding did not smell clean. It was clear the room had not been properly cleaned. I called the hotel’s service line for help and reached a “virtual assistant” who was extremely unhelpful, repeatedly cutting m
