Bay Inn & Suites

Roaches, smokers everywhere even in their units but it is supposed to be smoke-free drug culture is rampant and they are knocking on doors loudly and screaming/cussing all night, playing loud music late and have no sense of decorum, but near everything important and convenient. Luis and Saab are wonderful managers and very kind. Not sure if there is pool and jacuzzi access.

I give this establishment a average score do to the front desk help. Very friendly staff and helpful in their customers needs. Clean rooms, but very small for the price. Security deposit required. Wasn't comfortable with surrounding atmosphere. Select wisely when choosing for a place to stay.

The Bayinn Motel and Suites is a great place in a great location for the price offered. Alma is fantastic , and goes out of her way to accomodations guests.parking is covered and available with wifi free. They had laundry,elevator,outside smoking areas and 24 hour desk with security cameras. Snacks and lite lunch items are sold with soda at front desk for 1.50. The owner is a really great guy and flexible, the rooms were neat and clean and very spacious also included cable TV , HBO, fridge, closet, linens, desk and remote.

Mixed reviews. The room itself was satisfactory. Bed was very comfortable, shower was strong, and overall cleanliness was satisfactory, had a microwave/refrigerator, and parking was free. However, saw a cockroach, tile appeared to need cleaning in bathroom, had no coffee machine in room or lobby. The outside needs serious cleaning, and garbage was overflowing upon arrival. Big positive was the location. We went to an event at the Sports Arena, hotel was in walking distance to Arena, several stores, and restaurants. Questionable whether we would stay here again. Would probably use as second choice.

I stayed here with my sister and my kids. Anything I asked for I don't get except the roll away bed. I did get that. I asked for extra sheets and toilet paper and never got it. I bought my own toilet paper from target across the street. Then I complained people were smoking cigarettes and weed right outside our room and nothing was done! Its a no smoking facility and my son has asthma! All the staff I came across was rude! Then I got charged $50 more than what i was supposed to be charged!!!!! Never again!
