I needed to cancel a reservation last min even though I should’ve been charged the entire nights stay-the gentleman I spoke with (although we didn’t see eye to eye at first.) did cancel it and for that I’m appreciative. So thank you very much.

Positive: The folks who worked there were vet helpful. Negative: A few spaces were not cleaned, like under the bathroom sink had a dirty washcloth left in there.

I would like to share an extraordinary experience of staying at this hotel. Unfortunately, we booked it on the day of the beginning of the hot air balloon festival. And there was nothing to choose from since all the hotels were occupied. We were lucky to visit this hotel. Since the price was very low, we did not expect anything that could impress us. But thankfully, the bed was clean. Otherwise, we found stains of something brown and liquid on the ceiling, a lot of hair on the floor and garbage that we were even afraid to step on the floor without shoes. Loud neighbors who prevented us from sleeping all night. The mattress was worn out and the slightest movement in the bed made a metallic screech of rusty metal. Thank you for the indescribable emotions.

I had looked at last year's reviews after my friend booked the stay and I was concerned. I don't know if they fixed it up or the older review were true, but our room is super cute, clean, AC available, well lit at night. The pool salt water(cold at first) and clean. Trolley runs every ½hour to take you to the village. Pizza place next door. Staff very nice and available if needed.

Just don't do it. We were to stay in room number 17. When you enter the property you will find that the stairs are falling apart. My wife nearly fell back words. This room was a supposed upgrade from a single double room but I can promise you that is is not.|I should have known when I booked when we had to pick up our keys from the hotel across the road!!!! There was noone at the hotel. Apparently the owner must own both hotels. The only good side of this hotel is the pool which was very nice. The bathroom was nasty! It was not cleaned! I work for a hotel so I know what a nice hotel should look like. We never stayed the first night despite paying 92$ midweek for a hotel which should be 50$. Please check the room before you stay there!!! If there are nicer rooms then have at it.
