Baltimore Marriott Waterfront

I want to thank Nanda at the front desk for her outstanding customer service during my 2-night stay, March 7-9, 2026. She saw that both my check-in and check-out went very well. The room was comfortable, clean, and spacious. The bathroom was well-stocked and clean. The location could not be better. It is I highly recommend this hotel. Nice stay!

I loved this hotel. The room was spacious and well appointed, with a refrigerator and a couch. Views were nice. The bathroom was modern with a walk in shower. I slept very well on a comfy bed. The room was very quiet most of the time, even though I was by the elevator. Everyone who worked at the Marriott was super helpful and friendly. I would look forward to returning.

As an Ambassador member, I anticipated a more hospitable and seamless experience at this location; unfortunately, my stay did not fully meet those expectations. The check-in process took approximately 30 minutes, which was longer than anticipated. Additionally, I did not initially receive the welcome gift associated with my Ambassador status and only received it after bringing it to the staff’s attention. Upon entering my room, I found that essential amenities such as body wash were missing, and there were insufficient towels despite both my prior request and the preferences noted in my profile. I do appreciate the 7,000 bonus points as a considerate gesture, and the upgrade to a larger executive room was certainly welcomed. However, the overall room preparation could have been more thor

The check-in experience exceeded expectations! The room was clean and cozy, the bedding was comfortable, and the sound insulation was good. The front desk service was enthusiastic and responsive. The breakfast options were diverse, the location was convenient, and the surrounding business district was complete. The cost-effectiveness was high, and I will choose again next time!

The staff is outstanding, especially Roslyn at the front desk and the entire team at the restaurant and bar. Everyone did a phenomenal job. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the overall experience was excellent. The property felt safe, affordable, and offered a lot of great amenities. Once again, I highly recommend this place—if you’re in the area, this is the hotel to stay at!
