Honestly the worst hotel experiance I have ever had. January stay for the volleyball tournament. Front door was broken. Freezing in the lobby. 1hr+ to check-in and we did not get the room reserved. No water our first day in the shower and freezing water the second day when we had water. No one answers the phone, ever! Woke up to pounding and grinding on the roof so I guess we don't need alarm clocks here. If you want warmth, showers, sleep or customer service, avoid this place! Everyone from our team who stayed at the Hilton next door seemed to be super happy with their stay, the Marriott people not so much! Front desk does not care becauae they just seem to be so used to it and the Front Desk Director (Kalin) does not respond to emails (several sent & several reqests for a call)

We booked the hotel well in advance for the Ravens game in December. We always go to this specific hotel because of its great location to both Camden Yards and The Bank (where the Ravens play ). The past few times we have had some problems, small problems, but problems with a few of the people at the desk. Not thanking us for being a rewards member , not telling us we can use the concierge lounge and when it’s available, etc. The rooms are clean and we never had a serious issue. Through all of this we look forward to seeing Darrell, at the |Concierge lounge. He’s so friendly and helps everyone in that area. If you are looking for something special , this guy can make it happen. Want to know how to get to DC from the hotel, Darrell can tell you . Want to know what’s going on in the are

Air conditioning in the room was awful, barely worked at all. Food at the hotel restaurant wasn’t great, especially for the price. Only real good thing about this place is the location, close to Camden yards and M&T bank stadium.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor at Camden Yards. It was a great location close to both stadiums and blocks away from the Inner Harbor. Even though the rooms are somewhat dated, it was nice to see signage everywhere that they were in the process of upgrading the facility. They had small refrigerators but no microwaves. Having a coffee place, bar and restaurant all located on the ground floor is appealing for ease of access. The staff from concierge, check-in, and facilities were all very pleasant to deal with, especially the front desk team: Winston, Lucy, DeAndre, and Darrell. They all went out of their way to take care of us and make our stay a good one. They answered all of our questions, gave us suggestions and always had a friendly word when

Stayed at the Baltimore Marriott Inner Harbor Camden Yards for 3 night during the Army Navy game and it was okay. This is an older property with rooms that had a more traditional/older feeling to it. Gym is small, the infrastructure is dated since hot water service was stretched during the morning rush with everyone trying to get out of the hotel and to the game. ||The pros about this is the walkable location to M&T stadium and Camden Yards (I didn't walk to the inner harbor but it's about 20 min or so). The real standout was the staff who were constantly barraged with the large number of fans. Lucy at the front desk was so patient with our numerous reservations/dates/names. Devonte at the front desk was also very helpful. The lounge is generally closed on Sunday for breakfast but Darrell
