Bally's Vicksburg Casino

Great casino got 75 dollars in free play for 3 weekends in a row for December. Awesome staff. Clean casino. Have not had the chance to stay in the Hotel. Huge thanks to the Southern Bites great food, good price, Had a blast can't wait to go again next week. Music playing all day and night to jam to while playing.

The check in process was very slow and staff would appear to not be able to care less that you are there. First time around keys did not work in the door on the 2nd floor, no elevator, close to a knee replacement, not good. Bugs in sink. Bed had plastic covering not good when tossing and turning. Was quiet. So ok for a cheap room and yes very cheap these days.

Stayed here for a weekend. Hotel is dated but adequate. The casino server Dale is a delight and the highlight of our visit to the casino.

Don't waste your time & money, it's not worth it. The hotel & casino is run by lazy, rude and uncaring people. The front desk lady at the hotel gave us cards that didn't work, refused to give us the $20 promotion and had an attitude. The hotel itself is run down. There's no elevator, and the room reeks of heavy smoke despite asking for a non-smoking room. The Players Club attendant (another rude lady) could care less about her job or customers. I asked about promotions, she said she didn't know so I went online. I downloaded the app & received a $5 promotion which never loaded & she couldn't help me, btw I never received the promotion. The casino bar is a joke. I waited a good 30 minutes before finally finding a girl who said "I'll be right there" as she stood talking to a lady playing. T

Quaint casino with a good view of the river. Not many games as compared to other ballys properties I've been to.
