Quilly's Magnolia RV Park

I echo the comments regarding extremely cramped camp sites. We stayed 2 nights in the deluxe spots which would not be considered deluxe at many campgrounds - but there was more space. The economy sites are incredibly cramped, both the space for your camper and the ability to get out! We are both Harvest Host and Good Sam members. Note that a review on HH mentioned that the campground did not honor HH discount. We had the same experience but our Good Sam discount applied ( same discount). Also note some reviews refer to other Quilly’s locations which sound nicer. This review is for the Vicksburg location. Facilities are clean but tired. It is quiet here. It is not picturesque!

I’m not too sure who set up this RV park. The owners simply did NOT think this through. The biggest issue is the lighting. At night, huge high beam flood lights illuminate the entire campground. I had to use rugs and heavy blankets to cover the windows. There simply was no night. The light at night was actually greater than that during the day. We will not be staying here ever again.

Not the best RV park but also not the worst. Spaces are to tight to each other and it's very muddy with the gravel spots not to well established. I understand economy spot for economy prices but I been to other parks that charge you 500 for a concrete pad that gives you more than 3 ft from your neighbor. But hey business being what it is make your money I guess. Appreciate the service and the quietness of the location. Amenities on site are very well kept. All in all thanks for having us.

This campsite is in a convenient spot, just off of I 20, the sites are nice, spacious and grounds are clean. They also had a food truck available one of the nights we were there which was a bonus. Close to the vicksburg downtown as well, not a far drive at all.

Place is nice overall and booking online was helpful. However, the spots are extremely close together, parking was an issue with narrow roads and campers only able to park in front or behind their rigs, making it even more narrow. We have a 36' and by the grace of God and my husband's impeccable driving skills we were able to squeeze into our spot and squeeze out in the morning. I don't feel the price is justified for how packed like sardines everyone is.
