Courtyard by Marriott Vicksburg

Older property going through renovation as of Mar 3 2026. It is in a convenient location especially if you need to be near Corp of Engineers. location. About 7 min to downtown. Room was clean but floors a little dirty in bathroom but will definitely stay again. Important, the Uber and Lyft vehicles i encountered were atrocious. I highly recommend GoFer Girls transportation services. Cheaper than rides hare, veteran owned and extremely great service. Especially if you need to travel to Jackson MS airport.

The check in was super easy and the staff was courteous. My husband and I double checked the room we were given - it was clean, bug free, no strange smells, A/C worked really well, and the bathroom faucets had good water pressure. My only complaints: some of the tv channels did not work and the tv had delays picking up tv remote inputs. However, those things were very minor inconveniences and did not have an impact on our stay. Otherwise, the hotel was really nice and met expectations.

It is a very clean hotel with very friendly staff. Just be aware in case you get the breakfast package, they will only give you a $10 credit towards a meal and their cafe is pricey.

Do not pass on this hotel! Im not sure, but I think it was renovated! We are part of Bonvoy rewards and was looking at this one Pic of the rooms, almost didn't book it. But I'm here to tell you and post pictures!! Easy to find, large parking area and clean hotel! The staff was very engaging with customers and we appreciate the greeting walking in! Asia was very nice with big smile the whole time we were registering and was most helpful to assist with minor room adjustment! Terrific customer service by Asia!!!😁 Rooms are a little small, but beautiful remodel interior! TV on a swivel to watch from bedside, closet to hang clothing, fridge, comfy beds and good pillows, microwave and coffee maker! Small sofa and a pull out desk on wheels with a very comfy desk chair! I had to make an unexpected trip to Vicksburg, MS this past weekend for a funeral. I was happy to see that there was a Marriott as a choice of hotels central to where I needed to be! ||Following a HORRIBLE day of delays and cancellations, the availability at this hotel was the ONLY bright spot to day! Upon arrival, check-in was quick & easy. Asia, the front desk clerk, was soooooo helpful! She had a smile on her face during the entire conversation! ||I was so tired so once safely in my room, I went straight to bed. When I awoke the next morning, the disturbing revelations began! While getting ready to take a shower, I spotted an odd stain on the ceiling above the bed, a bloody handprint on the back of the bathroom door, a hair on the ceiling above the bathroom sink, mildew in several a
