If you're looking for a clean, cost competitive, average place to stay- this is it. We weren't looking for fancy, just a clean place to rest and have stayed here more than once. The room was nice and there was a nice big walk in shower. Casino wise it's not for the high roller. We are not big gamblers so it didn't matter to us. It's at the end of the strip and smaller however, that can work in your favor if you don't want to fight crowds. There is a Starbucks which is a definite bonus because I have yet to find a good cup of hotel room coffee. They are working on making this a fully non smoking casino.

This hotel is honestly a 3 star hotel trying to wear a 4 star's mask. Not bad but also not great. Think of your typical Hilton hotel with limited/strained staffing, and add a casino, and a larger pool to it, and that's it. Pros: Location is great for several activities around Lake Tahoe Cons: Need to bring a power bar for extending plugs Condensation on Windows Limited service (room, spa hours, etc) Need to pay extra for garage (though they give you a barcode for your stay so that you don't overpay) Make what you will of it. You get a better experience from this place during their lull seasons.

We've returned to Lake Tahoe after almost 2 years during the MLK 3-day weekend. The dry weather worked out since January is Winter and sometimes it can be a hit and miss on the rain and snow. This hotel came at a decent enough price and since we had high remarks last time, we gave it a shot and don't regret it. ||We reached exactly at 3PM at Bally's Lake Tahoe. Check-in was super quick and we had a friendly lady check us in, and we got the 9th floor this time around, 902. The view was basically the view of Golden Nugget followed by Mountains and parts of a lake, with of course a lot of snow. ||The only differences from the last time were that there used to be a different cafe which proudly brewed Starbucks and now, that cafe is now a Starbucks, which is very convenient for mobile ordering.

The machines will glitch ON PURPOSE and they will give you the runaround. It was an obvious glitch not an accident and they temporarily closed the machine in front of us to appear like they care and as soon as we leave they reopen it to steal other people’s money. No one is helpful, facilities are gross, they charge for every little thing. JACUZZI doesn’t work. Employees act like it’s coming out of their paycheck. Picture is of the glitch. Not sure how someone can accidentally put all those random chips down. The bet doesn’t even make sense. They keep blaming it on us but genuinely how does one place that bet? There are set patterns on the table you can accidentally press and the glitch is none of the options. The “glitch” was absolutely on purpose and the employees act like it’s coming ou

Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Absolute Disgrace This was hands down one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Bally’s Lake Tahoe is an absolute disaster from start to finish. First, our room was never cleaned. Not once. Despite staying multiple nights and requesting housekeeping, nothing was done. No cleaning, no fresh towels, nothing. On top of that, we were charged extra for services that were never provided. How do you charge guests more while failing to deliver even basic cleanliness? The staff is beyond horrible. Rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The front desk manager is the worst of the worst—unhelpful, disrespectful, and clearly uninterested in resolving any issues. Every interaction felt like we were being blamed for problems that were entirely the hotel’s
