They will treat you like the family members you like! All aspect of your canoe trip will be exceptional! Livery personnel regularly run pickups along the river for canoers so you will never have to wait for a ride. If it's your first trip there have no concerns, you will be taken care of like royalty!

We rented the entire campground (7 sites) and had our own private party. Kids and adults (21 total) could roam around. We took a tube trip down the river and didn’t have to worry about transportation to or from the river. Hosts were amazing and delightful to chat with. We were able to explore nearby Ludington one day and come back in time for a camp fire!

My family and I do at least one trip every year and every time we have always used Baldwin Canoe rental with 0 complaints they alway go above and beyond. Thanks again for making our trips each year stress free at least the part your team takes care of. Troy and his team are really on the ball and if you have any issues they always able to help. They are great with grabbing us from our camp site and taking us back after. My husband and I have even used them when we brought our own craft and had them spot us. Truly they are great people!

No one there when we got there at 9:13, but did respond by phone right away. An hour delay got us into an awful lot of fisherman/river traffic. Equipment, needing some maintenance, but it was late season. Helped us spot a car, which was great. Could leave as soon as we got to our landing. All in all, a great day!

The staff here is very nice and accommodating! A group of friends, my dog, and I did Bowmens Bridge to Rainbow Rapids, it was gorgeous scenery. They warned us it hadn't been cleared and might be a bit narrow. But it was still very manageable (even me in a canoe by myself and a dog). I highly recommend them for any of your rental needs and even spotting! It's very nice to get off at the end point knowing your vehicle is already there! Thank you guys again!!
