The park is very spacious and other than the businesses, the neighbors within the park keep to themselves. The manager, Manny, is also a splendid person, he keeps a professional attitude while also maintaining a friendly relationship with everyone as well. He knows how to treat people with respect, I've never had a bad experience when needing an issue resolved as well.

I had a very bad experience when living in a motorhome infested with cockroachras at space 7 with a 70 years old man named Jim. He rented a car last Saturday to drive all the way to Escondido California to pick me up outside my home with my belongings to drive me to Bakersfield Mobile Home Park where he has his motorhome Infested with roaches. The whole Bakersfield Mobile home Park very much infested with roaches not sure if for months,or years. I was living with Jim in his motorhome there at his space 7 that he rented every month. I started last Saturday.While he went out of Town for more than 3 days last week and he went out of Town 5 days this week because he is Foreman has to go out of Town to work.
