The Front desc team ruined absolutely my all experience. Starting from an agent that I ask for upgrade and gave us for a reasonable amount a •better* room. That ended being in front of construction rooms. Drilling loud noise all day from 9am to 5pm. Also we ask for another options to eat since it seems to have only 1 Mexican restaurant. The lady said that will open on Wednesday for sushi with reduce menu. I found out on Tuesday that restaurant it’s not open in September. Rooms were not so clean. Then at check out time I found out that I was missing something from my room and the way that was handled was terrible by FD manager. Making derogatory comments to an agent in front of us. And after, she got mad at my husband and came out of desk and started pushing him in front of other guest sayi

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Our suite was comfortable overall, but the bathroom was extremely small—so small that when you opened the door, it nearly touched the toilet. It made the space feel cramped and awkward to use. Housekeeping was also disappointing. On the first day, our room was cleaned, but no fresh towels were left behind. On the second day, housekeeping didn’t come at all, and we had to track down a cart ourselves to get clean towels. That level of inconsistency was frustrating and not what we expect from a hotel stay. That said, outside of the bathroom size and housekeeping issues, our stay was pleasant. Yes, the forced valet parking is ridiculous, but if an extra $35/day is going to ruin your vacation, don't come. Aside from that, the grounds are beautiful and incredibly well-maintained. The rooms are fantastic and taken care of by a wonderful housekeeping staff. The paddleboards and kayaks are brand new. What really makes Baker's Cay special is the staff. From the valet team, to the front desk, to the maintenance crew, to the servers/bartenders at the restaurants - everyone we came in contact with was super friendly and welcoming. We have 2 more days left here and wish it was more. Can't wait to return to Baker's Cay very soon!

You feel like you entered another world when you arrive at Baker’s Cay. The property and grounds are stunning and beautifully maintained. The natural beauty is very accessible here. It’s very much a destination in itself, not just another hotel in the Keys. We stayed in the Bakers Cay suite (2BR/1BA) with 2 adults and 3 children and it was just perfect. The children had a great time at the Pool, Beach, and Garden. The separate family and adults pool is very thoughtful and lets everyone get their fix. We didn’t dine in at the restaurant or bar, but the poolside drinks were great and not outrageously priced.

My family and I have been at Baker's Cay more times than I can remember over the past several years. It has always been our #1 resort in Key Largo. The location, staff and facilities are great. Our family also appreciates the extra activities like smores, movie night, archery, remote car racing etc... Everyone there is friendly and seems to go the extra mile. Our stay in January was no different.||So why the 1 star rating after this review. It's very simple: MANDATORY VALET!||Parking at the resort was always free up until Dec 2025. There is an ample parking lot and we have always found spaces. It was so convenient to park right in front of our room and unload our luggage.
