If I can give Bahia Lakes 0 stars I would they ride around harassing people and one of the HOA guys got in my daughter face I put in a call to HOA and no one called me back. When I called back to find out why no one called me back, I found out the manager was sitting right there when the situation happened and she did not say a word. Then they fine you and add late fees and interest to the fine and the fine not even late. Ridiculous.

The HOA is an absolute joke. They look for things to fine you on. There are yards that are so ratty yet I get a threatening letter because -heaven forbid-my trash can was up by my garage door!!! I was in the hospital and my neighbor was nice enough to move it from the street to the garage door for us. I sent them an email letting them know this. Do you think they responded? Heck no!! They drive around looking for trouble and are extremely rude!

First key homes+ Bahia lakes HOA= hard times and no peace. Rent is 2600 or more for 3 bedroom mediocre housing. make sure your landscaping is perfect. HOA is ridiculous. They give you warning, you can correct the issue, send photos. And they STILL send the fine anyway. 3 weeds in cracks of the driveway? 1,000 fine. Parked on the street instead of the driveway ? $500 fine. You cannot call them, they don’t answer, they don’t return calls. All you can do is contest anything you’d like to dispute through courts. The website and rules are outdated, so you don’t even know what the rules are until You’re hit with fines. If you’re renting, all maintenance (if anything breaks) , landscaping is YOUR responsibility. The entrance leading into the community has lights that were flickering for

My husband and I just moved into this neighborhood and we are quite pleased thus far. We have been in constant communication with the HOA regarding obtaining a pool fob and everyone has been extremely helpful.

If I could give “zero stars” I would. The HOA here will harass you and go on a witch hunt about minor things. One of their own people actually warned us about the HOA on our very first day of moving in. Also, we lived here for a year and they never worked with getting us a pool pass after several attempts. I do NOT recommend this community.
