Beautiful place, we've been coming here for a few years, BUT the hot tub was closed for a month and breaks down regularly, so when it says it's heated, it's not always true. Also, it says the pool is heated, but that's not true either; one week out of two it's only 72 degrees Fahrenheit. Since we only use the hot tub and pool on the property, and they're often unusable (plus, they don't credit us for the months they're out of service/or too cold to swim), we won't be returning in the future. We were thinking of buying a house, but given the poor maintenance (hot tub and pool, etc.), we won't be buying here. There are several houses for sale if you're interested, but the HOAs have gone up and are now $800/month.

Fun friendly park. The people here make the park. Everyone is super friendly. The staff is great. It's a laid back vibe. There's always something to do.

GREAT PLACE! I love this place. I love living here Full Time! The Park is very clean. The staff is amazing and Kellie the manager keeps this place running smoothly!!! They have several amenities for your enjoyment. This place has several gatherings with everyone so you become family not just neighbors! If you are ones who just want peace and quiet it’s available for you as well. You definitely want to stay here. ❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for providing a safe and wonderful place!

This park is beautiful! Ernesto does a great job at keeping it clean and maintained. Kellie in the office is an absolute sweetheart! Absolutely love the venue! It’s the perfect space for parties, weddings, baby showers, and so much more. Plus, it’s always clean and welcoming. I definitely recommend Manatee RV Park.
