Riviera Mobile Home and RV Park

Everyone's nosey about what everyone's doing to the point there's always altercations. Used to visit my aunt before she passed away and now I prefer not to go there to visit my cousin. At least they started fixing the dirt road through and around it. Maybe they can do something about the tenants that make it uncomfortable but I doubt it. Not much anyone other than them moving out.

At first had a hard time contacting the office so I just drove by to take a look apon arrival I was notified they were on vacation. That had no affect as maintenance quickly stopped what they were doing and assisted with the paperwork. Within an hr. they had a location and verification. Kids are allowed for short stays and possibly long term and are pet friendly. They require a background check and first and last rent but waive that as my stay will be only 2 months. Many nice neighbors afew are long term. Maintenance is busy full time to help with any problems. My connection was 50 amps and my RV was 30 amps but I had an adapter my neighbors were not as lucky and didn't have one but was told maintenance put a additional 30 amp connection for them. Owners have only owned this for 3 years an

Nice place to visit and good fishing spot.you see manatees and dolphins in little manatee river

This place is so peaceful and tranquil, love it here. Manatees and dolphins abound here.
